Kevin Strack, owner of  Remembrances Photographic Studios, started in photography more than 30 years ago as a child. Always enjoying photography through his father, use of the camera came naturally to him.

In the 1990’s, Kevin was a reconstructionist in a police dept, and was responsible for detailed photography in the investigation of car crashes. This is where he got his break. He was told he took better pictures of evidence than those in the Crime Lab that were trained in photography. From here, Kevin developed his photographic eye more and started doing Wedding Photography.

For the last 20 years, Kevin has photographed an average of 15 weddings per year. With wedding photography, Kevin works closely with the bride and groom to be, to create a package of images that will meet both their desires, and their budget. He goes the extra step to help the couple plan their exciting day, so that they both may relax and enjoy their special day. Kevin Strack has designed pricing for your wedding that allows you the bride and groom to better budget your special day.  Whether it is in Maryland, Pennsylvania, District of Columbia, Virginia or West Virginia, Kevin is available to capture your wedding or other special event.

Although Kevin specializes in Wedding Photography, his abilities with a camera lend him to all types of photography, sports and team photography, corporate and private events ( parties, proms, reunions and family portraiture, high school senior portraits), insurance, landscapes, pet photography, and model portfolios. Kevin has also been a freelance photographer for the Carroll County Times and the Baltimore Examiner newspapers.

Recently, Kevin photographed the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Man and Woman of the Year Gala. Some of his pictures were published in Newspapers, Magazines, newsletters, and were seen on a few Billboards in the Baltimore area.

Throughout the last 15 years, Kevin has taken more than 100,000 images, helped a modeling agency get started, has photographed over 300 weddings, bat/bar mitzvahs, photographed swim teams, soccer and baseball teams in the Baltimore Maryland  area, all with high end professional film and digital camera equipment.
